1986 Chevrolet Blazer
I have owned this truck since 1995. Actually haven't driven it a lot and it has been stored inside (garage and barn) for most of the time. I added the plow only for my driveway, and used it only a few seasons. Never plowed commercially. The truck has new drums, rotors, brakes, brake cables, stainless brake lines, new exhaust (pipes and Cat, crossover not replaced). Flowmaster large outlet, new shocks, replaced fuel lines, fuel pump. Differentials, drive train, joints, tranny, transfer case, engine is strong and has (50-60 oil psi) all solid. Plow is good and the pump has few hours on it. Setup for dual batteries. Radiator good. I did change out the front seats to power with integrated seatbelts. But I have all the original seats and hardware. Tailgate is good, no rust and power window functions. Top is removable. Will need some bodywork- can see in the pictures and although the floor is fairly solid, it is rusty. Mechanically it doesn't need anything. It will need tires (although the tread is good, the sidewalls have dry rot). The LF inner fender needs replacing. Why am I selling it? I just don't use it/drive it very much. It's a great truck and I'll hang on to it if it doesn't sell.I put about 35K miles on it over the last 21 years.Note: Autocheck had removed the listing in error. I had to correct it with them-when I purchased it in '95 it had right front damage. I don't have the history, but guess the value wasn't worth fixing it. I did the work myself and spent about $750 on the repairs. Anyway, the truck has been (and is) registered in NY and the Title is clear, just as I stated. Please contact me with any questions before bidding.
