Up for sale is an original BLACK PLATE-California 1967 Chevy Caprice 2-door. All NUMBERS-MATCHING car! Factory A/C unit. The original 327/275hp motor has been rebuilt by a reputed machine shop in Southern California, just needs completion. The original transmission is still in the car. Interior seems to be original as well. Odometer reads at 86,134 miles, which could very well be stated as true based on the condition of the body and chassis. No visible rust areas (see underbody pictures). Most areas have surface rust only – has been a CA car its entire life with both of the original black plates that came with the car. Very presentable undercarriage/chassis and body for its age.
Many parts original to the car are included (see pictures). All glass is there. What you see in pictures is what comes with the car. The previous owner lost the key, but it should be simple to cut a new one. All 4 hubcaps are on the car. Many engine parts are brand new – New RV 260 cam, new performance timing set, rebuilt 2 barrel carb, new freeze plugs, lifters, gasket set, etc.
