UP FOR BID IS ARUNNING AND DRIVINGFACTORYBARN FIND 1972C-10 SHORT BEDSTEP SIDE TRUCK. THIS TRUCK HAS THE ORIGINAL MOTOR, TRANSMISSION AND REAR END. IT IS ALL COMPLETE ANDORIGINAL. THIS TRUCK WOULD MAKE A GREATPATINA BUILD OR RESTORATION PROJECT. IT IS A FACTORY STRAIGHT 6 WITH A 3 SPD MANUAL TRANSMISSION (3 ON THE TREE).
THIS IS A TRUE BARN FIND AND HAS BEEN STORED INDOORS SINCE 2003. THE BRAKES WORK AND THE LINKAGES FEEL GOODWITH THE TRANSMISSION (AND COLUMN). ALSO THE CLUTCH FEELS GOOD AS WELL. I HAVE PUT A NEW STARTER AND SPARK PLUGS ON THE TRUCK SINCE PULLING IT OUT OF STORAGE. ALSO IT HAS A BRAND NEW BATTERY.ITDOES RUN, DRIVE AND STOP (SEE VIDEO AT BOTTOM OF PAGE)

ALSO THE ORIGINAL SEAT WILL NEED TO BE RECOVERED. THE DRIP RAIL IS SOLID AND THE REAR GLASS WAS RECENTLY REPLACED WITH NEW WEATHER STRIPPING. ALSO THE FRAME IS SOLID AND OVERALL THE TRUCK IS IN GOOD CONDITION FOR THE YEAR.THIS WILL BE A EASY RESTORATION PROJECT OR A GREAT PATINA TRUCK CANIDATE. THIS TRUCK IS ORIGINAL FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. ITS GETTING HARDER AND HARDER TO FIND A 67-72 C10 IN THIS CONDITION AND THIS ORIGNAL.
