Farm Fresh Barn Find....Original Rare 1965 Chevrolet C30 9 Foot Stepside 6cyl 4spd std. Original Paint, Typical Cab Rust, Truck is Pretty Darn Straight...original 73428 miles. I have not had the Truck running, was told it dry siezed from sitting, I could not turn it with a battery, so I pulled the plugs and put dextron in each cylinder. I have not tried to turn it since. So assume it is stuck. Clutch engages as it should, trans goes in all the gears. Stepside Box was removed around 1970 when the Farmer installed a small Grain Box and Hoist. I got the original stepside box included when I bought the truck last year. I have removed the Grain Box and Hoist, (the Grain Box and Hoist are NOT INCLUDED) and reinstalled the nice stepside box on the truck. The Truck does still have the PTO and Hydraulic Pump mounted on it and they do come with the truck....I have LOTS of photos of the Truck, and can take more if needed. The Stepside bed has all the bed strips and cross Sills, but is missing all the bed wood and Tailgate. Truck has the original 17 inch 8 Lug Wheels, and even has the original Hubcaps! Windshield is cracked up, the rest of the glass is nice. Door glass rolls up and down easily, doors close easily. Hood opens and closes easily. Cab & floors have typical rust for these years. Lower Fender rust Rust repair and Replacement panels are readily available aftermarket. I have tried to list everything I know about the truck. It is a 52 year old vehicle, that has been sitting, so there is bound to be something that I may have overlooked or missed, or am unaware of. I have never ran or driven the truck. Forgot to mention rear frame rails were cut off after the rear spring mounts, to mount box and hoist. (see pictures of chassis without box) so i will include these from another similar frame. i can take clear pics of this if anyone needs....it is a very easy fix.
