1976 Camaro SURVIVOR 61,000 original miles

1976 Chevrolet Camaro lt

NUMBERS MATCHING 61,XXX ORIGINAL MILES (I have documentation from 2nd owner, I am the 3rd.) 350 4BBL 4 SPEED. No rips in the interior. The arm rest has some cracks along the side as seen in the pictures. There are three rust spots to consider also in the pictures. The worst is behind the passenger tire, the outer skin is bad but the trunk and floor are ROCK solid.
I bought this car out of a climate controlled garage where it had been in storage for the last 13 years. When it was put in storage the gas tank was removed and dried and The exhaust was removed from the manifolds back. When I started getting the car back to running condition I found that the quadrajet carb was junk so it was replaced with a new Holley 600 sitting on an Edelbrock performer RPM aluminum manifold. While I had it that far apart I had the heads redone as well as putting a slightly hotter cam and lifters in it. The timing chain and gears were replaced of course along with the harmonic balancer (it had a hairline crack), water pump and fuel pump. I have all the original parts still in case there is an ultra purist who would argue this is no longer a numbers matching car. I removed the exhaust manifolds and replaced with Flowmaster headers and dual exhaust (with X pipe) out the back. The leaf springs were weak so I replaced these with new ones and added air shocks. Due to the tight fitting headers it has Accel shorty plugs and heat protectors on the new plug wires.
