3/4 Ton 4x4 Apache

1957 Chevrolet 3100

Time to get rid of my all-time favorite truck, I bought this 11 years ago from a family in Oklahoma City. I did new painless wiring when I first got it, and it is set in the corner of my garage until last year, I pulled it out and finished most everything I had on my list to do for the last 10 years, I installed New chrome grill, new chrome rear bumper, new flaming river tilt column, with wood steering wheel, new interior, new headlight bezels, buckets, turn signals, mirrors, I had transmission pull down to install new ring gear/flywheel, clutch pressure plate etc., Driveline and chassis are 87' 3/4 ton Gm, I believe gears are 373's, with disc brakes front drums in the rear, lockout hubs,dual exhaust, I had fresh 1966 close chamber heads installed, with a hydraulic rattler camshaft, new starter new water pump, new 750 HcHolley, new hei dist., new 4 core Griffin radiator. Tires are 37" Super Seampers w/ Ceterline Alloys,,I had rear springs re arched as rear was stiff and did not sit level.Gauges :oi, water tem, fuel gauge needs replace, I also replaced fuel tank,sending unit, fillet tube etc.stere, wipers and defrosters all function fine. I have had several of these tri five gems but the 57' Apache has to be my favorite. Body is very straight and was painted by previous owner in Lambo mica -pearl b/c..shows very well especially for a 12 year jo, does have a couple small chips, overall 90%,finished her end of last summer,I was going to put bed cover on and add a/, ,decided to let new owner ad as personal touch.!!
