Engine is a Professionally built 383c.i. that made 510 H.P. at the Rearon a chassis dyno. Power steerin, and Power disc Brakes, Classic AIR Provides the A/C and Hea, Front drive is on a SERPENTINE belt system.
The engine is Backed by a Pro built 700 R-4 Trans (built to handle 700hp). with a DYNOTECH Drive shaft, Putting the power to a Built 8.5" 10 Bolt with MOSER Axles, 3:73 gear, and an EATON posi Unit.. Traction and handling are taken care of with HOTCHKIS suspension, anti-Roll and CAL TRAC's on the rear with Calvert racing leaf springs., Exhaust is MAGNAFLOW Stainless steel all the way to the back, dumping on each side behind the rear tires...The 4 speed automatic shifting is handled strictly by a PADDLE SHIFT system Provided by RETROTEK SPEED..This Nova is Built with all the best parts and is built to be Reliable and VERY durable.. it will take a cross country trip with ease and handle the curves like a sports car.. The Nova was driven in the HOT ROD POWER TOUR in 2010 & 2011 and has since been driven locally.MOST OF ALL, THIS IS ONE OF THE FUNNEST CARS I HAVE DRIVEN.. IT IS A BLAST TO DRIVE..The battery is an "ODYSSEY" (top of the Line) and is in the trun, as well as all the stereo, cd, and a satellite radio system is all hidden under the package tray with a remote up front to use as a control for sound. Kicker 6x9's are mounted in the stock locations. ALS, the interior cabin is completely lined with DYNAMAT sound deadening and heat shield, it works great, with the windows up and the A/C on the inside is considerably quiet.
The nova is LASER STRAIGHT and SLICK.. It was built as a Sleeper, to look stock.. hence the Stock interior with Bench seat. the interior is Very clea, the underside of the car is nic, painted and very clean as well, with No rust. If you’re looking for a nice classic nova that you can get in and drive anywhere in comfort, highways, country roads etc.. and a classic that was built to be TOUGH as any car on the road, then this may be the one.. I’m sure i am forgetting some things, as i traded for this car, a lot of the modifications are hidden purposely..
