Originally assembled on June 10, 1966, this BODY-OFF RESTORED 1966 Corvette L79 is in VERY nice condition, and is LOADED with features like FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING, and power steering. This car's paint looks to be recent, and is vg with a gorgeous shine. All exterior glass in this car shows a correct date code. Chrome bumpers show a newer finished, and are vg, as are the exterior door handles. Knockoff style wheels and spinners are vg-exc, and whitewall radial tires show an an average of 10/32nds tread depth remaining. The interior of this 1966 Corvette L79 shows vg-exc seats, door panels, gauges, and carpet, and vg dash pods, glovebox lid, and center console. GM seatbelts are present, and the clock is currently working with a quartz movement. Correct appearing AM/FM radio is in place. The numbers matching engine in this 1966 Corvette L79 shows correct air cleaner, carburetor, intake manifold, ignition shielding, alternator, exhaust manifolds, radiator hoses, and hose clamps. 1967-up L79 style valve covers have been added, and the engine compartment has been nicely detailed. Frame is solid and rust-free. This car has been fully serviced, and all instrument gauges, lights, turn signals, brakes, engine, transmission and rear-end are all in good operating condition.
