Here for sale in sunny dry El Paso Texas is this beautiful 1972 GMC short bed pickup custom truck with a 1968 Chevrolet grill !!!! Before I begin to tell you all the details on this truck, you must read ALL the description on this truck PRIOR to bidding. To begin, let me tell you just how solid the floors and bed are. This is NOT a rust bucket. This truck is extremely solid with very minor rust. It is really a nice treat to have a solid body on any classic. This truck is powered by a 5.0 v-8 engine and a 700r4 4 speed automatic transmission. It has a 10 bolt limited slip rear end as well. This truck runs and drives real nice for its age. It has power steeringand power disc brakes in front ! The engine has an Edelbrock 4 barrel carb and a Holley aluminum intake, HEI ignition and a chrome engine dress up kit. It has dual exhaust with a flowmaster muffler. All the turn signals,brake lights,dash lights, horn, cab lights and quarter lights work as they should. It has HID headlights and the fuel gauge and heater and wipers all work !!! 17x10 rear and 17x8 Foose wheels. This is a real nice driver with a ton of extras! This beautiful truck was built in the United States and then transported to Mexico in the 70's. This truck has been brought back to the United States and cleared thru Customs and has been checked thru NCIC (National Crime Information Center). In other words: It is NOT STOLEN !!!!!!!! This truck can be re registered in the United States. Please check with your local DMV. Provided in the pics are both vin numbers needed. ( Vin plate on the body and the Vin stamp on the frame).Also known as the c-vin or (confidential vin number used for law enforcement. It would be the buyers responsibility to register this truck in his or her state.
