This Corvette is a 3 owner car. The first owner had it for a few years, the second owner had it from the mid 70s up until a few years ago, the third owner has now traded it in to us. The motor has never been out of the car and most of the components are original or time correct. Technically the car does not have a numbers matching block- what happened was when the car was being built, the wrong number block was put in. But the same engine has been in the car since it rolled off the line. The car is in great condition inside and out. It was repainted, but with the factory correct color. The car shows nice and is also a nice driver. Everything is working on the car and it has a solid frame.
Our Corvette techs checked this car over top to bottom to make sure it meets our high standards for the next buyer. We installed 4 brand new tires, fixed a slight oil leak from the right side valve cover gasket, fixed a steering box leak, elimitated the excessive play in the shifter, replaced cracked heater hoses, and fixed teh drivers side door handle. In addition we put in fresh Mobil 1 oil and made sure all the other fluids are up to date. Lastly we did a full undercarriage, engine bay, interior, and exterior detail.
