CONDITION:
This 1951 Chevy 3100 is a Sunday driver in a updated original condition. It will not it any way be advertised as “fully Restored” or“Perfect Condition”. Engine runs great and healthy. 190 degrees temp and 20psi oil pressure in normal operation.Day 1 she was given a good cleaning and full tune up after sitting for over 20 years and started right up and has been running great ever since with no hiccups or leak’s. She’s running a 235ci I-6 with original 3 on the column. Clutch feels new. Body was fully sand blasted unveiling very little rust near the rear cab trim and passenger cab corner and a few small dinks and dents around the cab. Great for a vehicle from the 1950’s. it was later repaired with metal work primed and painted with a matte champagne and black trim. Paint is nice but not show quality. The interior was left patina rustic look with all original parts and clean trim intact. No alteration to the dash has been done. Roof light and dash light still work.A lot of money love and time has been put into this once childhood dream.
To sum it all up it’s for anyone looking for a Weekend driver, a patina project a full restoration a mod restoration project etc, either way Lola is an amazing truck with a lot of character and potential..
