Price: - Item location: Inverness, Florida, United States
Description:

1954 Chevrolet Other 150

Sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. I had a vision for my ’54 Chevy resto-mod and spent a lot of money on the parts needed to start building my dream. Unfortunately, circumstancessometimeschange and you have to face reality and move on. My loss could be your gain.

This is a real bargain for someone who is looking for a solid project to take over and make their own. I have invested almost $14,000 inparts alonefor the rolling chassis and body panels. This does not include the cost of the car or the labor to install the front and rear suspension kits or install the body repair panels.

The rolling chassis consists of:

*Mustang II IFS with coilovers and rear trailing arm kit with coilovers, both from No Limit Engineering, that were installed by Fatty’s Chassis of

Cleveland, Ohio

*10 bolt 3.73 posi-traction heavy-duty rear-end by JD Race and Restoration of Richfield, OH

*Drilled and slotted rotors front and rear

*383 c.i. stroker Vortec SBC built by Speed Industries, LLC that was estimated at 425+ HP and 450+ lb-ft of torque. It includes: custom aluminum

heads, Quick Fuel 750 HR carb, Eagle forged I-beam rods, Scat crank, Howard's hydraulic roller cam, Probe pistons, one-piece main seal

*700r4 transmission by Mad Dog Transmissions of Alpharetta, GA

*A transmission crossmember by Chassis Engineering is included (not installed) which can be either welded or bolted in place (see picture).

The body repair panels were also installed by Fatty’s Chassis. With a few known exceptions, the original body parts, glass, interior and trim parts are believed to be present. Known exceptions are the headliner and bows, steering column and steering wheel, driveshaft, original fasteners and the rear seat. Several replacement fastener packagesareincluded (see picture) and you will find a few extra trim pieces.

As you can see, I have used quality parts and I am confident that you will be very pleased with the value of your purchase. The opening bid is probably at least $3,000 less than the price of thepartsaloneif you were to buy them today. There is plenty of work left for you to design and build the 54 Chevy ofyourdreams.

I will gladly assist in loading the car onto your trailer but it is strongly recommended that you have a winch. If you have any questions, please ask before you bid and I will do my best to answer them. A $2,000 deposit is due within 48 hours of auction’s close and is non-refundable for any reason except a material misrepresentation by the seller. Good luck!

P.S. I might consider a trade for your running and driving hot rod or muscle car.
