1947 Chevrolet Other Pickups

We are offering our 1947 Chevrolet 2nd Series, Series 4400, Utility 1 1/2 ton dually truck. This truck was purchased out of an estate in Utah several years ago.
The truck is equipped with a water tank and pump in unknown condition. We have no idea if the pump works -- we never tried it -- but I doubt it works anymore. Same with the tank -- no idea if it leaks or not.
The original 6-cylinder engine is intact and complete and backed up by a manual transmission. We've never tried to start the engine, but it turns by hand, so it probably could be started if you tried, but please understand that it has been sitting at least thirty years.
The truck came off a ranch in southern Utah, where it lived at least forty years before we bought it. It will be sold with a ‘Bill of Sale’ ONLY, as the title was presumed lost long ago. That is why the price is so low.

REPEAT: THERE IS NO TITLE.
Five of the six tires will hold air to load onto a trailer. One tire on the rear is off the bead, but it is on the rear dually, so there is another tire there that DOES hold air.
VIN number is 6QK-G 10xx. We decode this to show that the truck was built in Oakland, CA in 1947, as a 2nd Series, Series 4400 Utility 1 1/2 ton truck.
The body is a little rough, but mostly solid. These old Chevy trucks were made of REAL STEEL. It has some rust and much of the glass is damaged or broken out, however the two windshields are in good shape. Go figure.
Turn this nice old truck into a rat-rod or use it as a water truck again -- it's entirely up to you. The possibilities are endless.

We can get pics of any area of the truck that you would like to see. Let us know.

Please email any questions, inquiries or offers, along with your daytime telephone number and we can discuss it.
Thank you for looking at our eBay listing. We listed this truck to sell it, so any offers are welcome.

Additional terms: N O P A Y P A L . Payment in full within SEVEN DAYS. Truck to be picked up within thirty days, unless prior arrangements are made. We will gladly help to arrange shipping worldwide.

GOOD LUCK!
