This '49 5-Window Chevy has an excellent stance. It has American Racing 14-Inch Wheels & 225/70R14 radials.
The chrome is in excellent condition front to back.
The Cypress Green & Ivory White paint was professionally done and shows very well. The truck is straight left to right.
The interior has a later gray vinyl bench seat. The dash features Dolphin antique-type updated gauges along with a low-profile under dash air conditioning setup. The headliner, door panels and body/jamb welting has been replaced. The Door Jambs are finished out like the Truck's Exterior.
This Truck really is in great shape. The be, cab, fenders, hood and tailgate are straight and clean.
These trucks were known as the Advanced-Design series, Chevrolet's 1st major redesign Post World War II. 1949 would lose the "Thriftmaster" text. The 3100 badge would appear for the first time, signaling this as a 1/2 ton truck.
These photos were taken on location in beautiful Marshall, Texas.
The hood louvers are a very tasteful addition, very well done.

The dark stained Oak wood bed is paired with polished stainless stripes. The Cypress green finish and steel inner bed & cab are in excellent condition as is the inner tailgate.

This is a truck to be proud of.

This truck is motivated by a GM Goodwrench crate V8 4bbl HEI engine / TH350 Automatic Transmission combo. Cooling is handled well via a high capacity aluminum radiator/electric fan setup. Accessories include power steering, power front disc brakes, and air conditioning.

The Undercarriage is clean and tidy in terms a Truck that is driven and enjoyed. Solid Floor Pans, Cab Corners, and inner Rocker Panels. Obviously built from a Texas Solid and well preserved example.

Please call us immediately with any questions or concerns.

Thank you,Fast440
