The Chevy Impala is almost a staple in any car collection today. 1962 marked the first year of yet another redesigned for the Impala and it history shows us it’s the most popular. Cars like this are so universal and it brings different enthusiasts together. Whether you like the original classy look of the Impala or whether you want to install air bags or hydraulics….the Impala appealed to all tastes and styles. One thing that everyone wants to do is make them sound better and go faster. This 1962 Impala Sport Coupe does just that. It walks the walk and has been upgraded to talk the talk. Exterior:

As you can see from the pictures this car presents very well. The body has been restored and the floors and trunk are all solid. The car was made to be a driver. It’s not a rotisserie restoration or even a frame off. It was restored to look great and show off. All the glass is excellent and the bright work is very shiny and in excellent condition. There has been custom pinstriping added to enhance the outside appearance. The wheels are obviously aftermarket but other than that the body was kept to look as original as possible. All the lights and marker lights work and are free of damage. The paint is fairly new and in excellent condition. Shines very well and this car would stand tall at any local show or cruise night. Interior:

The interior has been fully restored and in excellent show quality condition. There has a console added to the interior and a floor shifter was installed. All the gauges work properly and everything presents as show condition including the carpet, headliner, door panels and dash. Drive-Train:

The drive train in this vehicle is perfect for this car. The 350 V8 was built with the right amount of power to make it drivable and fun to drive with awesome sound. The transmission is the TH350 which shifts great. We are not sure what the rear ratio is, we think it’s 3:55 because it cruises great at high speeds. Everything else under the hood is in excellent condition and in show quality. It has an aluminum intake along with MSD ignition, headers and dual exhaust. In summation, this is an excellent show car that is in driver quality condition. You could never build a car that looks and runs like this for the amount that we are asking for it. Payment Methods
Certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.
Deposit
Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of accepted offer, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500 deposit is due within 3 business days of listing's end to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The remainder is due within 7 days If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Shipping
WE CAN ASSIST IN WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. South Jersey Classics welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.
Notice to Bidders

Negative Feedback Bidders

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact South Jersey Classics within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 3 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
