Bagged 1967 Chevy C10
1967 Chevrolet C-10
Custom '67 SWB. 2X4 custom tube chassis, lays rockers. Way to much to list, but I will try to cover it all. I bought this from a guy out of Visalia California who build one right after the other. This truck was there "Beer Chaser". They did a pretty good job putting it together, I have been super happy with it and it gets a ton of attention. Its had roughly 1400 miles put on it since it was put together.
350, 700R4 trans. Headers, nice accents on motor, not a huge horsepower motorbut sounds killer. Not positive on the rear end. Power rack-n-pinion front end with power disk brakes. Drum brakes on rear. Dual exhaust that dumps ahead for the rear end. Over sized aluminum radiator with Vannatta custom cover. Dual electric cooling fans. Polished aluminum pullies.
Triangulated 4 link rear,2 Viair compressors and 2 tanks. AVS controller, AVS bags, AVS control arms. Lays rockers and you can run it with the rockers about an inch off the ground.
Too many things with the body. Everything is shaved. No door handles, wipers, mouldings, steak pockets, rear roll pan. Front bumper custom mount brackets to the frame rails. All new weather strips. Porterbuilt gas assist hood hinges. '67 small window cab, long bed cut down with raised custom metal bed floor. Bedsides were slightly flared for the wheels. Custom fake patina paint which gets a TON of attention, please seem to love it. Candy red flake roof. Bed floor customer painted to look like wood. Fuel access in bed floor.
Interior is bitchin but very basic. Custom Auto Meter gauges, all 4 lower gauges are for the air ride voltage and air pressure. One for each wheel. No heat, no wipers but all new controls for each. Sony stereo with Rockford speakers in doors painted to match. New carpet, door panels, glove box, seat, dash pad. Polished tilt column. Tank air pressure gauge underdash as it looks stupidotherwise in my opinion. Beer openeron dash, which getsused regularly...... I do have arm rests, just not installed. Two fuse boxes, stock with stock wiring harness that's been cut up a bit as well as a second for the door poppers and air management.
Truck has gotten few trophies from a few shows if that matters,I enter showsjust for the parking. Never really gave a damn about winning anything, was never my intention. Truck doesn't get driven much, hasn't set a reputation for being "so and so's" truck. Its a ton of fun. This truck is far from perfect, but I am also not asking 50k for it. Body is pretty dang good but does have a couple issues here and there, nothing major at all unless you except a 100k resto truck. I can send photos of anything, facetime walk around it.... I'm an open book for anything you wanna ask (about the truck). Truck has always had a very slight vibration between 27-30 MPH, its a 2 piece driveshaft with a urethane carrier bearing. I've written it off to the fact that I drive it slammed. If you raise it all the way up, there is no vibration at all. Body gaps are pretty good, never been happy with the lower door gaps. Like I said, I got nothing to hide. This truck will get you a ton of attention, dump the air and drag the rockers into your shows, drag the license plate..... Its a bitchin truck. I am only selling as I am ready to build something that the family can all jump in.
Thank for looking. Tim
