1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 MacNeish Inspected Original Frame Off Restored

This Camaro received a frame off restoration with impressive detail of the underside, under the hood and the original color dark blue interior. The fit and finish of the body panels and the original color Le Mans blue was done to a level that is better than when it came out of the factorynew. This car was inspected and certified by Jerry MacNeish as an original 1969 X77-Code Camaro Z/28. It was also documented with the original born with from the factory DZ-Code 302 engine, original BU-Code 12-bolt rear end and numbers matching replacement Muncie M-21 transmission. Jerry inspected and documented that the hidden VIN stamping on the car, VIN tag and trim tag are visible, untouched and original from the factory.
Decoding of the trim tag indicates the following key details:
X77-D80 Z/28 without exterior trim but with the factory spoiler package
Paint Code 71-71 Le Mans Blue with white stripes
Interior trim code 715 Blue Standard Interior
Build Date 06A First week of June 1969
The pad on the front of the engine block is stamped VO604DZ with the VIN stamped on the block by the oil filter.
