1966 Chevrolet Nova

Up for sale is my 1966 nova. Three years ago I had purchased it from a guy who had raced it in the late 70's, early 80's up and down the east coast in the super stock class. 1985, to the time I had purchased the car, it had been sitting in heated storage. I have lightly gone thru the car bringing it back to a reliable, safe racing condition with keeping its vintage integrity. The engine is a sbc 327 that has been destroked to a 316 that has been completely rebuilt. Vintage nascar heads worked by high velocity heads. New Bill Miller aluminum rods. 14.5:1 je pistons. Every bearing and ring has been coated. New springs, rockers, push rods and titanium valves. Jesel timing belt. Dynoed 626 @ 8300 rpm's. Also have all the parts that were replaced in engine. Transmission is a powerglide that has been completely gone thru. Has a 9" converter and trans brake. Full Mark Williams rearend. It's a ford 9" with 35 spline axles and aluminum drums. Four link suspension on rolling leafs. Koni shocks. JFZ aluminum front brakes and spindles. Kid Presto plastic valve covers. Cable driven tach. Holly 750 carb tuned by Chuck Gulledge. Holly strip dominator intake. Titan super starter. Vintage msd trigger and 7al box. Perry shifter. Fiberglass hood. Four brand new Goodyear Eagles. Two new optima batteries. Every rubber hose has been replaced. Have a bunch of extra parts that came with the car including wheels, intake, engine parts, headers and more that come with this car. In the 80's Mark was experimenting with different types of speed sensors. One was on the driveshaft and the other two were on the front wheels. With all old school computer connectors still ran to passenger seat The car is a 66 that had a 67 nose put on before it was painted. Was told that the car was built and painted in 1977. The paint isn't flawless but for being 39 years old it's pretty mint. Any imperfections help show the age. There are dozens of things that I have forgot to mention like the stickers being a mirror image on either side of car and aluminum bolts holding in the front fenders. Just finished putting together and have yet to take to the track
