1940 Chevrolet Other Pickups

1940 Chevrolet Pickup, 1/2 ton, sitting on a 1989 S-10 Chassis and running gear, was pictured in the May/June issue of Rat Rod Magazine. 2.5 4-Tech 4-cylinder engine, fuel injected, computer in glove box, 700r4 automatic transmission, fuel gauge and speedometer work, new 2 ½-inch muffler and exhaust, electric fan, 12-volt system, power steering, power brakes, disc brakes in the front, drums in the rear, 10-bolt rear differential, tires in good shape, brand new steelie rims 15x7 in the front, 15x10 in the back, all lights in working order with modern headlights, completely roadworthy, great patina coming through the black, antler accents in cab including eagle shifter, diamond plate floor panels, steel door panels. The body of the truck is solid with only minimal rust as you can see per the pictures. Windows seem to roll up and down as they should, front windshield is in good shape, interior of cab, dash and door panels are also in good condition. Cab floor and door jams are solid. Could use both door glasses and wipers. My original plan was to eventually swap out the engine for an LS1 that I have but just have too many projects on my plate.Great truck to attend car shows, go cruising or use as a daily. Gets tons of looks and questions. Clear title in my name.

I have a video of the engine running. If you text me your email I can forward it to you. Links to video's are no longer allowed on these listings.
