I have a nice 68 Chevy Impala custom. This car has a 496 big block 8100 that came out of a 1 ton van, very strong motor. The transmission is a 4l80e that shifts great. Just install a 373 gear with positive traction rear end and a new drive shaft. This car runs and drives great,very strong. Power disc brakes and power steering. The body on this car is in great condition with no rust issues and is very straight. The underneath of the car is also very clean with original floor pans and trunk pan, dont look like it has had very much work done on body. The interior looks original and is in very good condition. This is a very nice car. The guy I bought the car from said that it had 38000 miles on it, but I question that and got in touch with the previous owner and he said that was true. So who really knows. The air worked in the car when I bought it, but the evaporator coil has a leak. This car looks like the car that Gas Monkey built. It sold at Barret Jackson for a big price, this one is a hole lot cheaper.
