Up for your consideration is this beautiful ’59 Chevy Bel-Air. This one comes equipped with a new GM Goodwrench 350 crate motor with less than 1k miles on it coupled to a 3 speed manual transmission with a new clutch. Upgrades to the motor include adding an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, electronic ignition, and a Holley 4 bbl carb. Power steering and a modern alternator were also added. The car is very mechanically sound, all of the fluids and filters are fresh and recent repairs include; new hoses and belts, new brake master cylinder, new rear wheel cylinders, brake system flush and adjustment, new gas tank, new shocks, 5 new tires, new dual exhaust, and an alignment. There are no visible leaks. The odometer currently reads 59313, actual mileage is unknown.

The exterior of the car presents very well, however there are various blemishes. The paint is very glossy, but there are areas that have visible “dirt” and / or orange peel. The floor, frame and trunk floor are very solid – including the spare tire well. The only evidence of body filler is in the driver’s lower rear quarter panel and passenger rocker panel. There is no bubbling anywhere and the bottoms of the doors are in excellent shape. The rear window channel / package tray is solid with no rust. All of the glass is great shape and the windshield is brand new. The brightwork is in great overall condition, but expect minor pitting on the door handles and front fender spears. The front bumper has some pitting / small dent and should be re-chromed, the rear bumper is nice driver quality. The previous owner painted the headlight and taillight bezels.

The interior was completely redone from top to bottom including the headliner, seat covers, rear package tray, carpeting, gauge bezels etc. A Custom Auto Sound AM/FM stereo was installed for a modern sounding radio.

This Chevy is ready to cruise! She rides and drives like new and has plenty of get up and go behind that new 350! Drive in style with the confidence of having a fresh drivetrain with modern amenities.
