1984 Chevrolet S-10

84 S10 Pro Street pickup. It has 33000 miles after a complete off the frame restoration about 10 years ago by a professional speed shop. Everything was high end parts and even the parts underneath was painted to match. There is no rust anywhere on the truck and it runs excellent. It is very fast! It has antique tags on it at the moment. Bought my wife is a Hummer H3 and Im running out of parking room. It is a real head turner. I was going to take it to car shows but I just don't have the free time. They spent well over $50,000 I'm told to build it. I have over $9000 in it. My loss is your gain. I'm not out to make a profit here. Here's what I was told when I got it: TPI small block, 700 R4 with all performance upgrades, 10 Bolt 8.5 posi geared low, no expense spared, all front end parts and cross members painted to match before reassembled, no rust garage kept, all new Custom gauges and B/M ratchet shifter This was a pro shop built not an individual build. TERMS OF SALE

1.Vehicle may be sold by Seller prior to the end of the auction. Seller reserves the right to end its auction early or to cancel bids solely at its discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.

2.The winning bidder is required to contact Seller within 24 hours after the close of the auction to finalize the details of the transaction.

3.A $500 PayPal deposit is required immediately upon winning bid or selecting the Buy-It-Now option. The $500 PayPal deposit is non-refundable as ending an eBay auction and not buying the vehicle is very damaging to the seller. Any refunds will be at the sole discretion of Seller and are not guaranteed.

4.If winning bidder does not contact Seller and submit deposit within 48 hours of auction close, vehicle may be made available to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer on a first come, first serve basis.

5.For balance of payment we will accept bank wire transfer (preferred), cashier’s check, or personal check (vehicle pickup will be delayed until check clears).

6. Seller has represented this vehicle to the best of his ability. Prospective bidders are encouraged to contact him directly to provide additional information or answer any questions.

5.Please be aware that all pre-owned vehicles, regardless of age, mileage, or manufacturer are subject to cosmetic wear and mechanical failure. Seller encourages bidder to have a personal inspection completed prior to delivery to help ensure your satisfaction. Third party inspections are to take place prior to a vehicles pickup.

6.All vehicles are sold "AS IS" and with no warranties expressed or implied.

7.Final or winning bid price does not include shipping, tax, title, or registration fees. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide for any state or local taxes and shipping expenses resulting from the sale.

8.We do not offer delivery. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays incurred once a vehicle is in your shipper's custody.

9.Seller bears no liability and shall be held harmless for any complications, expenses, or damages resulting from a failure to meet these terms as they have been set forth and established herein.
