1968 C10 396 Factory air truck. Currently has a 1962-65 327 small block 250-375hp engine. Runs pretty nice for its age. Rockers will need some attention, I don't believe will need replaced but rather repair. Floors pretty solid with paint still intact on floors, 400 transmission, Cab corners solid, a little rust below sill plate on drivers side, supports solid, cab on drivers side appears to have gotten hung up on something in its life and tore 3-4 inch, easy weld back. The passenger front fender will need patch at front. Brakes are spongy, but do stop. Windshield has crack, Big rims not included, for illustration purpose only. Mag alloy wheels on all corners. This was a farm truck most of its life, and had to endure only mild winters in this area, no salt, minimal snow, etc. Listing is for a friend, bed is solid with the exception of wood 48 year old truck to take into consideration. Transmission shifts as it should, signals may need attention, (light bulbs and flashers need replaced, etc). Overall a great candidate for a resto, even it being a long wheel base, is becoming increasingly desirable. Also that it is a Big block Factory Air truck, will sure to be a great investment opportunity. The AC outer housing has a hole in it, and can be repaired/restored.
