Thank you for looking at my 1972 Chevy Nova. I the reason I am selling the car is I’m a Pastor with a few kids in college and I don’t have the space to store it. Now about the car. I bought it over 10 years ago. The car was all show. but no go. so I changed that. I professional had the motor and Trans built. I wanted to “over build” the car so that it would remain reliable. The engine and Trans can handle over 1000 hp but the car. being that it is a street car. is nothing near that. I estimate it to have between 650-700 hp at the engine. Now the specifics on the motor -454 stroked out to a 496 -it has eagle forged pistons. has 10:1 compression so runs fine on pump -H-beam rods and crankshaft -It has AFR heads -hydraulic roller rockers -A quick fuel carburetor -the transmission was completely rebuilt and a 10 inch convertor installed -4/10 gears -it has disc brakes all around -Mickey Thompsons (275) on back. 70% tread The car has excellent street manors and will idle all day. but will get your attention when asked.
