Description:

1966 Chevrolet C-10

Up for auction is a great running and driving 1966 Chevrolet C-10 pickup truck. This truck has a 283 4 speed and is an original long box fleetside from the Janesville factory. Considering that this truck is almost 50 years old the mechanics and body of this vehicle are in above average condition. I will start with the drive train. The engine fires right up every time and the transmission and clutch shift with ease. She will go done the highway at 65 no problem and will stay in between the lines with little to no effort. The factory and aftermarket dash gauges function and light up except the tachometer which is no longer in the vehicle. All of the lights work except the tail lights which are not hooked up. The floors are fairly solid with a little rust on the edges where they connect to the rocker panels. Roof is in good condition with no through rust only a little surface rust on the inside of the cab on the passenger side (shown in picture with my thumb). Floor of the box will need a little attention they make the wooden box floor kits and are fairly inexpensive. Rocker panels would probably need to be replaced. The cab corners are actually in pretty solid condition but I will let you be the judge. I will also include a extra hood driver and passenger side doors and an extra front and back bumper in this auction. There is also a new battery in the truck. Clean and clear title in my name.
