One elderly owner. I have the original 1987 Clean/Clear Title in hand. I also have the original bill of sale and some maintenance records. It comes with all of the original books and car manuals. The car developed a slight engine knock due to drain plug issue with the original owner. We upgraded and installed a brand new GM 5.7L 350 Long Block Chevy Performance crate engine. $6000 in receipts for all the work done not including the cost of the car. The new engine included new valve covers, oil pan, timing cover, and cylinder heads. With the new engine we also replaced the radiator, seals, fly wheel, spark plugs, gaskets, engine mounts, Edelbrock Performer Intake Manidfold, harmonic balancer, replaced vacuum lines, replaced the fuel pump, and added a Summit Racing Quadrajet 4-Barrel Carburetor and had it fine tuned by Weimer Machine. I have all receipts for the work completed and for the brand new engine. The engine itself has less than 500 miles on it!! The body has just 40k miles. This car get compliments and looks everywhere it goes!! The car is problem free. Everything is in good working condition. All windows and electric seats work. Radio works. No dents. No rust. No leaks. 2 very small dime size dings. Trans shifts great! This car runs and drives like a dream!! The front windshield is in excellent condition. This vehicle comes with a new set of tires. The interior was well maintained and is extra clean. The exterior was well maintained and is extra clean. The engine is functioning properly and has no issues. This vehicle has no previous collision damage. The transmission shifts very smoothly. The brakes are in great condition. The battery is brand new . The car was previously owned by a non smoker.
