Up for your consideration is a very nice 1961 Corvette.I will describe it as to my best ability any questions please ask before bidding.It is not a #'s matching car it has a 327 engine block casting # 3782870 (62-65 327 Corvette small journal) It has MSD ignition (could easily be put back to stock no I do not have the parts) This is a nice no hit car as far as I can tell.No rot underneath very nice Roman red paint (has some cracking in the right quarter panel see picture) you can't see it from 10 feet away the rest is very nice done in base clear(i do have a quart of paint) very nice chrome. interior is very nice as is the soft top.New B F Goodrich 6.70 15 wide white wall bias ply tires.The heater is bypassed (most likely needs a heater core)This car runs and drives great you would be proud to go to your local car show or cruise night or just take it out for a nice Sunday drive.The car should have a new carpet kit but it still looks good it is tore under the floor mat,The trunk is very nice as you can see in the picture.The 4 speed transmission shifts nice and smooth.All lights & gauges work as they should.All stainless is straight the hubcaps and spinners are very nice with no pits or dings.I welcome and encourage your or a second party inspection prior to bidding.If you need to ask anyone if it is ok to buy this corvette please do so before bidding as this cost time and $$ Just getting tired of no pays if you have less than 50 positive feed backs you must contact me before bidding.Transportation is up to the winning bidder I will help on my end I may also be able to refer you to a few carriers I have dealt with or local pick up is fine.Payment by bank wire transfer only or cash in person.I will be happy to talk on the phone just e mail me your phone # I used to put mine in the adds but to many phone solicitors,Thanks for viewing my auction I have been involved in collector cars all my life all I can tell you is this is a good car that is ready to enjoy now with no work needed.Thanks Mike
