1968 Chevrolet Impala
A long while back I bought two 1968 Impala Fastbacks and began the long road of making one out of both of them. One was bought out of Michigan (6cyl / 3 on the tree) and the other one was bought in Missouri (v8 SS). I took the best parts off both of them, aved what was worth saving for extra parts and finished one for the road (I still have the paperwork, olor Code and VIN plates for both cars).I built a 489cid big block stroker out of parts (Scat, anley, olley, iend etc.) that I had laying around and put it in after rebuilding everything from the frame on down backed by a th400. I even upgraded the front brakes to disc. As you can see from the pics, 'm not a body guy. I don't like to do bodywork so I put it off to the end and now it's the end and I still don't like body work. I have since picked up other projects so this one just sits now. I'm also willing to look at a Full Size GM or Chrysler SUV on trade. Actual mileage is unknown.
