Guarantee on Blocks and Heads. You have options to guarantee that the item has no hidden defects. We sell parts at a significant discount over parts that have been thoroughly cleaned and checked at a machine shop. If you must have a guarantee that your item is crack free; We can have the item cleaned and magnafluxed before it is shipped and still save you money. Currently engine blocks are $175 to be hot tanked and magnafluxed. Heads are usually around $100 per set. If an item has to be disassembled, o be checked, dditional fees may apply.

Contact us upon payment to have your part checked. Pay your invoice plus the clean and check fee. If your part is bad we will mutually agree to end the sale and refund your payment minus the clean and check fee.

If the item turns out to be bad due to a hidden defect or crack, ou agree that this is not a defect in this Ebay transaction or a negative experience. The item you are purchasing through Ebay is only visually checked (unless otherwise stated) and sold as an unchecked item. The cleaning and magnafluxing is an additional service not related to the purchase of the item.

Buyer must checkout and complete transaction within 3 days from time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made. After 3 days a non-payment case will be opened with Ebay and the item will be re-listed.

Shipping

We ship most items UPS, nless there is a significant savings using another method.

All UPS items are shipped with tracking numbers and insurance.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO's unless approved prior to your purchase.

If paying with PayPal; due to PayPal's Seller Protection Policy, e will only ship to your PayPal verified address. In addition, ll items with a value of $250 or more will require a signature upon delivery. We understand that this may be inconvenient but unfortunately, ayPal will not stand behind transactions if no signature is received.

Items weighing above 150lbs will be shipped freight. Engines and blocks usually cost between $150 - $300 to ship to a local freight terminal, r commercial address with a loading dock or forklift in the 48 continuous states. Shipping to a residential address or commercial location without loading dock or forklift is approximately $100 more for lift gate service. Shipping to Hawaii, laska, .S. Territories, nd International will have additional cost.

For items that weight above 150lbs and are going freight, ree shipping is to most commercial addresses and freight terminal locations. Residential, xtremely rural commercial addresses and locations with restricted access will have additional fees.

International buyers: We ship all international sales USPS, PS or UPS Freight (for items over 75lbs). If you prefer another method of shipment it is up to you to find and arrange your own shipping - you can save money by using ocean freight for heavy items. We will assist in getting your item to a freight terminal in the Los Angeles area. You are responsible for all duties, ariffs, nd taxes required by your country. We will not mark down the value or mark as a gift.

Sales Tax

For sales to California addresses, e are required to collect 9% Sales Tax.

Returns

All items are sold AS-IS with no warranty either expressed or implied. Unless otherwise stated, ll items are presumed to be in used condition.

We are in the process of selling off our inventory and changing our business. Due to this we no longer offer returns on most items.

This of course, n no way changes your ability to return an item if we have described it incorrectly or have left out a major flaw or defect. We are human and can and do make honest mistakes.

Simply contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Print the RMA # on the outside of the returned package. Any packages returned without a RMA will be refused. Refunds will be issued once item is inspected this usually takes 1-3 days. We will return shipping fees if the problem is something we should have
