1968 Chevy Camaro - semi project but near driveable!
1968 Chevrolet Camaro
68 Camaro w/ 396 big block (420hp/500ft-lbs torque), -21 4spd transmission. The car runs, owever needs the mini-tub finished (wells are partially cut out), nd brake pressure is low. These are the only things holding car back from being on the road.
The body for the most part is straight and rust free, ith a few minor dents. Paint has chips, cratches and blemishes...needs to be repainted but isn't an eyesore. Almost all of the fenders, ncluding the rear quarter panels, ad been replaced when I had the car repainted in 2001.
The interior is intact/original for the most part, nd needs updating.
The engine was completely re-built by Superior Automotive in 2004. $5,000 rebuild. Dyno'd at 420hp/500ft-lbs torque. The M-21 4-spd tranny was rebuilt in 2002. Engine has less than 5,000 miles on it since the rebuild.
The follow upgrades have been made over the last 10 years. Keep in mind I do not drive the car since the mini-tub has not been completed, nd the brake pressure is low, nd only move it out of the garage every 2-4 weeks to keep everything in motion. Everything noted here is still in excellent condition:

I've invested a lot into this car already (over $20k). Anyone who is handy and can finish the mini-tub and fix the brake issue on their own can save a lot of money on getting this car ready to go. The entire brake system has been updated, o it's probably a minor issue. Low Reserve!
