1969 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe 350 4 Speed
1969 Chevrolet Corvette
Hi, am selling a 1969 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe non numbers matching. I purchased this corvette about six months ago from a local guy that had started doingsomerestoration on it. He had completed the exterior components, aint, hrome, ights, eather stripping, heels, ires, isc brakes etc. The car was running when I purchased it, ut seemed to have some issues with the motor. Once I got it to my shop and started looking at the motor I soon realized that the motor was tired. So we put a rebuilt 350 in it with new Edelbrock 650 Carb, delbrock intake manifold, alve covers etc. Then we saw that the radiator needed to be replaced along with all hoses. We alsoreplaced thedistributor, park plugs and all wires. Thevacuum system has been completely redone as well. All vacuum systemaccessories workproperly, eadlights and windshield wiper cowl. When I bought the car it had the original(or copy of) window sticker and it said that the car carne with side exhaust so we added headers and side pipes back onto the car. The interior wascompletely gutted and we saved what we could and replaced what wecouldn't. Things we replaced were brake cover, enter console bezel, ear pillar trim pieces, ll center pieces except vent levers, peedo(the original ones needle wasbroken and we could not fix it. we tried but could not get it fixed. We have the original one with the original miles that will go with the car),dynamat throughout the car, ew carpet throughout, ewstereo from classicstereos that has MP3/ipod jack, wo ten inchkenwood speakers with box, wo 4X6 inch front speakers and amp. We were able to save the dash pad. It does have asmall cut in it, ut we decidedthat itwasn'tworth replacing thewhole thing. We replaced the throw out bearing on the clutch and we also installed a smoother clutch, he one that was in it was good just a little bit rough when shifting. It had a ceramic racingclutch in it.There is not even 1 mile on the new rebuilt motor. We did break in the new cam and it is running good. We will be putting a little bit of miles on it over thenext week or so just to make sure everything is good. This is not a numbersmatching pristine show car but it sure isgorgeous. Now that we have done everything to make it run good, t is a reliable daily driver or just a car to cruise on the weekends to your local car show. This car does not have power steering or A/C. These are simple adds if you wanted to add them. Take a look at the pictures and feel free to ask any questions. I have all he paperwork and receipts for all thework that has been done to this car. This car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time if the car sells locally. All shipping of thevehicle will be handled by the buyer. There are no warranties on this vehicle, t is sold as is. So please ask any questions before bidding. Here is youtube link of the vehiclehttps://youtu.be/FAHV4q8P0UI
