1958 Cadillac Fleetwood

Here we have a very rare, low Mileage 1958 Cadillac Limousine with less than 70,000 miles. It has been recommissioned to the road, and has a clear Oregon Title. It has spent the last 50 + years in a museum in Idaho, where it sat inside. This Limo was a favourite. Vin: 585052584If you are serious about making an offer, please keep it within reason. The interior, and all of the drivetrain are completely original and stock to the car.It was repainted in Portland by the House of Colors in 1972, and the paint still looks pretty good today. Keep in mind, it was not a perfect car, and repaint done 50 years ago, there are no major complaints, aside from a small bit of paint blister on the doors in spots. The car is solid, and the trunk still has the paper instructions for jacking the car, and swapping the tires. We ordered a reproduction roll of new trunk liner using the original patterned material to make that space useful right away.It still has the original Bias ply spare in it's massive trunk, and rides on Bias ply whitewalls. Here is a walkaround video of the car https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pZ9lOwnXKxgThe engine is the factory installed 365 V8, with a rebuilt carter carb. The water pump is also rebuilt.New fuel pump, and cleaned fuel filter and glass. All fluids and oils have been changed, including the rear differential. The gas tank has been replaced with an exact reproduction. Fuel lines were cleaned out. It has two new mufflers. Master cylinder has been professionally rebuilt. It is not a standard system, by any means. It uses a Bendix Treadle-Vac Booster. We completed it with fresh DOT3 brake fluid. The car has power everything. Seats, windows, and the likes. Every seating position has an ashtray too; A sign of the times when it was built. The partition window between rear seating and driver's seating works, and also has a tint. There are minor detractors. One 'hanger rash" scratch on the passenger front fender.A crack in the drivers door glass. ( we have found and ordered a replacement window, and will include as parts with the sale)Both are photographed here for you. Some electric ground connections may need to be cleaned, as this car has been sitting for over half of a century, albeit in a heated and cooled indoor display space. The leather on the front seat will need some re-stitching in places, but the material is very much there, and supple.International buyers are welcome- I have exported and imported with Europe in the past, and will assist in this, if you like. I can deliver this car, if needed. There will be an additional fee, which we will discuss if you like. Engine bay photographs will be added by August 12th or sooner
