1946 Cadillac Series 62

1946 Cadillac 2 door series 62. Older restoration but looks amazing. Does have a couple nicks and paint cracks(see pics.), Runs, shifts and drives great. It still has its Matching number 346 flathead Cadillac engine in it, with auto transmission. Id plate is present and comes with some original sales literature. Presents very well and always gets a wave and thumbs up everywhere she goes! Just a very nice solid old Cadillac, that will give you pride and joy every time you drive it. The interior is exceptionally clean with No tears, rips or stains. It’s very comfortable, like sitting on your couch. The gages work and are beautiful and look like a cockpit in an old airplane. Dash has no scratches or flaws. Notice, unlike most Cadillacs you see, where people just paint the dash, This Cadillac was done correctly and professionally, back to the factory simulated wood grain. Even around the window trim. It really pops and gives it that classic Cadillac look and feel from that era, when Cadillac was the World leader in luxury. There were only 2,323 2 door series 62 Cadillac’s made that first year after WWII. How many are left? They made twice as many 4 doors that year and practically triple that the following year. After the war Cadillac had to switch from making engines in tanks and airplanes, back to making cars. The first first year back for Cadillac was a slow start, therefore the production number was low. By 1947, Cadillac was back up to full production. If you have any questions, please ask. The Car is personally owned and kept in my garage. Spent most of its life out in dry California, until I brought it out here with me to Tx. Comes with a clean and clear Title in my name.
