Offered for sale is a excellent condition 1955 Cadillac Coupe Deville that's ready to roll into your local show to stun all with her beauty. Painted in Wedgewood Green and Artic White this Cadillac has working air conditioning (original A5 system), power windows, 4-way power seats, Autronic Eye (auto dimming headlights), power steering, power brakes, EZ Eye tinted glass, Wonderbar radio, heater, leather/cloth seats, and Kelsey Hayes sabre wheels. This Cadillac has all of the options that you'd want in 1955 less the fog lamps. Everything works as it should less the clock. This vehicles condition shows extremely well, and she's won several regional shows in her day as evident from the silver plates that come with her. She is powered by her original Cadillac 331 V8 with 4 speed Hydramatic transmission. The engine has 54,350 miles and was gone through professionally in the late 90s. The car starts right up and runs without an issue. The Hydramatic transmission shifts smoothly, and she'll easily do 75 on the highways to keep up with modern traffic.
She recently received a full tune-up with plug wires, cap, rotor, points and plugs. Her oil changes have been regular using 10w-40 with zinc. Radiator was serviced/flushed last year. A/C system was charged with R12 last year as well. I would not hesitate to take this vehicle on long cruises even in temperatures of 90 or higher. She was built as well as any Cadillac was back in the day. She certainly is a car of cars.
The car comes with quite a few extras. I have the standard steel wheels and hubcaps that come along with the car. When she was sold brand new in Phoenix, she received a matching set of Samsonite luggage which matches the color of the car. I also have a ton of NOS or reproduction parts which go with her. This will ensure that you have years of enjoyment without having to scour the earth for spares.
