Car is located in Johnston Iowa, a suburb on the North side of Des Moines, IA, close to Interstate 80 and Interstate 35. Easy freeway access.

This car has been owned by 3 generations of the same family since 1983; so, its history can be vouched for. Car was originally purchased as a demo car in Neosho, Missouri by my grandmother in the fall of 1983, when the vehicle had less than 10,000 miles. Car was driven in Arkansas and Iowa back then. My grandmother kept this car until her death, at age 82. It was then taken over by my mother, who drove it for a couple of years in Iowa. Then, she wanted something different, so I took the car to California to join my fleet. I kept this car in driving condition all those years, with relatively little use, since I had 8 other vehicles, at the time. I brought it back to Iowa in the mid-2010s, and drove it around the Des Moines area for several years. Odometer reads 92051 original miles.

While under my care, this car has had fairly extensive renovation under the hood, replacing belts, hoses, alternator, coil, water pump, radiator, oil pan, and the gas tank was dropped to replace all the fuel lines inside and re-mounted. All 4 tires replaced in 2014. Car has HT4100 V8 Engine. Very strong and capable. Powerful by today's standards.
Interior-wise, the leather on the seats is still excellent, with little signs of wear and tear. I added a new single CD Player unit, with new wiring harness, and wiring to new rear speakers. This can crank some volume! Comes with a separate face plate, which I will share with the new owner. Interior needs detailing, as the car has been sitting a while. Carpet is all original and still in very good shape. I re-mounted the headliner, so it is intact and not saggy. The interior side panels do still have the fancy passenger lights; those panels could use a re-mount, but it is an easy task with some 77 spray adhesive. One seatbelt holder on drivers side at the top has a crack. Still holds belt, however. Dash has a crack, from running defroster on a cold day.
Exterior-wise, car needs a paint job. Also needs a re-do of the landau vinyl. There is a visible ding on the front quarter panel where an RV touched the car while backing. See last image for details. The rubber flashings need replacement near front and rear bumpers, which is a well known issue with these vintage models.
Trunk has working motor to pull down the lid. Comes with small spare and original carpet cover. I have a big jack in there, that is included with the car. Extra rubber mat that was made to fit included, as well.
Car will need a new battery in order to get started, along with a fill up of gas. You may wish to consider placing the vehicle on a trailer to take it home, if you are not a local Des Moines area buyer.
