1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible, very good mechanically, but needs TLC.

Cadillac Eldorado . Engine and transmission are both very good - shifts smoother than the E-400 in my Denali. Entire front end totally redone, 4 wheel disc brakes recently done. Carb, not fuel injection. No sun damage to dash cover. Seats are hard, need softening or other to make like new. Some small defects in door panels. Has original radio, inop, and new radio with Sirius, needs antenna hook-up. Top is in good condition, Vinyl, about 6 years old. There is some rust under rear of vehicle. My mechanic says it is NOT critical and that parts to make like new readily available for nominal prices. This car is part of my collection and I am now 82 and no time left to do it justice. With some TLC, could be a $20,000 plus car (my investment is more than that) but runs fine as it is, needs NO mechanical work. I am open to reasonable offers. Due to a misunderstanding with Pay-Pal by someone else who got into my account over 5 years ago, I just cannot deal with them as even with 21,000 employees, no one there will answer the phone and no one will respond to emails, so I will not use them.
