1988 Cadillac Allante

1988 Cadillac Allante . Runs and drives good, brakes are good, AC, power windows, radio work. Has some cosmetic issues, two dents in front bumper, a small dent in the door, clear coat is peeling on rear bumper, the seat belts work, however the casings are missing. I have one replacement. Two main issues: the rear convertible top pull down motor is not working. I have not tried to trouble shoot, I do not know if the motor is bad or just a bad connection. The other issue is the brake lights, if you turn the car off with your foot on the brake, the brake lights stay on and this will drain the battery. When you cycle the key, the lights go off. Or I just put the car in park, take my foot off the brake and turn the car off. I believe the problem is a relay. I have not had time to work on the car as I travel a lot and the car sits in my garage more than it is driven and I have another project car that takes the rest of my time. The passenger seat handle is broken. The soft top is in very good condition. The hard top has a scatch on the edge where it looks like the trunk may have rubbed. I have had the car a little over a year and have not done anything to it. I think the car is in good condition to be 31 years old. Looks like it has been garage kept its entire life.Car is sold AS IS. NO WARRANTY.
