Description:

1932 Cadillac LASALLE

This rare Lasalle was built by Fisher and was shipped to a dealer in Chicago October 17th 1932. I have the original build sheet. Car has extensive restoration and the interior seems to be all original. There are a few tears in the the seats that could be repaired if desired and the front door panels have water stains where someone at some time must have let the windows down and rain came in. Tires are good and V8 motor runs great.Transmission is good no double clutching required. The frame is in excellent shape. When I purchased the car it had been mostly restored and I had a mechanic that was well versed in older antiques go over the car and make sure everything was safe and ran good. There has been an electric fuel pump installed to help fuel delivery. The wood dash has a bad place on the ends that could be refinished but rest of wood around the dash and doors is very good.I decided the car deserved a good paint job so I repainted it the factory colors except I added a small amount of flake to enhance the appearance. There were only 660 units built and this was number 656. The 345B model was the built to compete with the Cadillac Division and eventually was out selling the Cadillac. The chrome is in excellent condition and has a lot of shine. Usually wins a trophy every time I take it to a show.As for the interior I do believe it is original and I decided not to re upholster because of the originality. The speedometer is showing only 88,000 miles.
I am selling the car because because of the rarity it needs to be shown more than I am capable so this is a fine addition for the established collector or a great start for someone starting a collection or just wants to have a great rare automobile.Any questions I can be reached at 931-619-6256.
