Overview Of Entire Vehicle: *Condition #1- (Near Flawless Example)
This is an absolutely stunning 1959 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Convertible in amazing condition inside and out. This car received a complete body-off frame, every nut and bolt, restoration within the past 2 years and has hardly been driven since. You can see that they started out with a very clean and rust-free car to begin with as it appears to have all its original sheet metal and is laser straight. It has been a Colorado and Las Vegas car its entire life. This is a factory Olympic White car with Red leather interior and an Ivory convertible top. It has new paint, new chrome, new interior, new top etc. All the finishes were done to show quality condition. The underside of the car was completely detailed, with a powder coated frame and suspension parts and correct red-oxide primer on the underbody. It is very nicely equipped with options including ice-cold factory A/C. The car is sitting on Cadillac accessory wire wheels wrapped in wide white wall BFG radial tires for an excellent and smooth ride. The original Eldorado wheels and hubcaps are included in the sale. Truly one of the most iconic classics ever built and one of the most desired classic car on the market. This is one of the nicer ones, as there is a lot of junk out there. It just needs a couple minor little things that were not finished by the restorer to make it a true number 1+ condition car but with a little time and a little money you could have a really top-notch car. That is if you're extremely picky and you want a 100% perfect car but it if you just want to drive and enjoy it the way that it is, it is fully ready the way it sits. We have it priced under what it would cost to even restore it. We have seen project cars that cost 6-figures just to buy and you'll need multiple six-figures to restore and finish them. We recently saw one at Mecum Auction with the same color combination and without air conditioning and it sold for $220k and it wasn't nearly as nice as this car and to make it as nice you would almost have to redo some of the car. This car is a real bargain with the correct color combination and is just a really good car for what we are asking. This car is actually on consignment with us from a really good customer and collector of ours. He just has too many cars and wants to reduce his collection. The 1959 Eldorado Biarritz Convertible is truly the pinnacle of classic cars and will bring more looks and comments than anything else out there.

Exterior: *Condition #1-
The exterior of this car is absolutely gorgeous and shows amazing. It is finished in its original factory color of Olympic White, which was done in the last 2 years. The base clear coat paint looks spectacular and the body is straight as an arrow. All the fit and finish is excellent on the car. Every piece of chrome and stainless was redone on the car to show quality condition. All the Eldorado trim looks amazing and fits perfectly. All the emblems, letters and lenses are new and show beautifully. The grille was completely disassembled and anodized correctly and it shows amazing as well. The car has all 4 of its correct T3 headlights in it, which are crystal clear. It features a brand new windshield with all new rubbers and seals. The side glass and frames look to be original and to take it to the next notch you could redo those but if you're just leaving the top down and not leaving the windows up do not worry about it. It has the Eldorado hard boot that does have one little chip in the side of the center portion and could be repaired if you desired to do so. The car is sitting on beautiful Cadillac accessory wire wheels that really stand out with brand new wide white wall BFG radial tires. We do have the factory Eldorado wheels and hubcaps that go with the car if you do want that look instead. It has a new Ivory convertible top with a restored frame that fits and shows excellent. This car is truly a jaw-dropping, head-turning stunner that will win 1st place at any car show you take it to.
Interior: *Condition #1-
The interior of this car is absolutely gorgeous being all redone and using the correct Red Cardiff & Florentine Grain Leather made for Eldorados only and was a real high quality job. The dash was fully restored from Just Dashes, the steering wheel was fully restored with a perfect horn ring and no cracks. The chrome and trim appears to have been restored as well as it is in beautiful condition and even has the original Eldorado door lock buttons. It features the correct carpet, correct Cadillac floor mats and was really finished off nicely all the way around on the inside. There are a couple little things I would do inside the door jams that you can see mentioned in the video that will take the car to the next level. To the untrained eye you probably wouldn't notice but we do and is why we mentioned it in the video. Most items work on the car but some do not and are things once again that could take the car up another notch. The things that all work are: the radio, power seat, power antenna, power trunk release, speedo, temp gauge, fuel gauge, headlights, power windows, vent windows, one of the power door locks and wipers. Items that do not work and need to be repaired are the heater blower, courtesy lights and the clock. The autronic eye and cruise control have not been tested but I am going to say they don't work. The inside of the trunk was all redone and restored using the correct materials, all new weatherstripping, correct spare, spare tire cover and jack and looks very nice. Again overall it's in amazing condition but could use a couple little things finished up to take it to a true 1+ car.
Mechanically: *Condition #1
Mechanically, this car is in top notch condition and also runs and drives beautifully. The original, #'s matching 390ci engine runs strong and we just rebuilt the transmission for the customer and it shifts amazing. All of the carburetors have been rebuilt, the brakes were all gone through, as well as the power steering and we had the air conditioning system redone and it blows ice cold. Everything on the car is basically brand new as it was completely taken apart. Mechanically its in excellent shape and you should have no issues taking it anywhere. The previous owner honestly didn't really drive the car much as he has so many other cars but we have driven and put some miles on the car ourselves and it really does drive nice so you shouldn't have to do anything with it mechanically.
Under Carriage: *Condition #1
The underside of this car is absolutely gorgeous. It was fully restored underneath, the frame powder coated, the suspension components powder coated as well the rear end components powder coated. It has a new gas tank and what appears to be all new fuel lines, brake lines and fittings. The underside of the body was all painted with the correct red-oxide primer. There doesn't appear to be any repairs at all underneath the car with all its original sheet metal. The front suspension was all rebuilt with new shocks, springs, bushings and links. The exhaust system is all brand new and appears to be the correct dual exhaust system for the car. Nothing is needed to enjoy this beauty right away.
