For sale by owner is an classic American luxury full size sedan, the 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham with just under 66k miles!California San Francisco Bay Area owned with zero rust.The last generation Fleetwood is a D-Body, the last and largest of GM's desirable big body-on-frame sedans.
Under the hood you'll find Chevy's wonderful 5.7L LT1 small-block V8, almost the same engine as the C4 Corvette. This Fleetwood came with the optional RPO V4P Tow Package, making it capable of towing up to 7,000 lbs. This package includes heavy duty cooling (a seven-blade mechanical fan and an extra capacity radiator), Suspension System Ride Handling, HD 4L60E 4-speed transmission, upgraded cooling systems for engine and transmission oil, a 140 amp alternator, and GU6 3.42 gear with an 8.5-inch ring gear. Although weighing in at over 2 tons, the Fleetwood is capable of 26+ mpg highway thanks to low gearing.
Cosmetically, the car is in great condition for its age, and being garaged for most of its life definitely shows. No expenses were spared by the previous owner. Most work completed at local Cadillac dealer or AAA certified shop. Comes withoriginal books, manuals, window sticker, 2 keys and maintenancerecords. Autocheck says 3 owners, but car was titled in his wife'sname and re-titled. I am the second owner. There is also a mileagediscrepancyon 8/2/2010, the previous owner mentioned it to me that the technician indicated the incorrect mileage.
Has recent work done including:
- both catalytic converters (replaced to pass CA smog)
- coolant system flush (genuine oemcoolant)
- oil change (full syntheticoil)
- passed smog in February
- new front brakes

There are very minor small scuffs and dings, but the paint shows no clear coat peeling or wear. The vinyl top that was only available on the Brougham trim is clean and uncracked. Dashboard has a couple cracks, very common for this vehicle.
Inside you'll find full leather seating for 6 people, burled wood trim, power and heated seats, power locks and mirrors. The Fleetwood also rides on a hydraulic/pneumatic system which provides a superbly comfortable ride over road imperfections. The cabin is extremely quiet and relaxing on the highway and passing power is more than adequate. Floor it to pass someone and you'll be surprised that this is one of the best kept secrets that our grandfathers didn't want anyone else to know!
