1987 Cadillac Fleetwood D'elegance

Up for sale is my 1987 Cadillac Fleetwood d'elegance. This Cadillac is virtually almost brand new for a 32 year old car and is completely original right down to the paint and interior which both have zero damage. The leather is soft and subtle and looks like brand new. Headliner is original and perfect as well. You will not find any ripped driver door armrests here either which was very common with this generation of Cadillac from 1985-1993. Everything works as it should including all the power windows, door locks, cruise control, power seats, load levelling suspension, trunk pull down motor, lights and lamp monitors, etc. This car is completely turn key and needs nothing but to be enjoyed by its new owner.
This Caddy has been meticulously cared for and has always been garage kept in a temperature controlled warehouse environment as part of my 16 car collection. The only thing not original is the tires (has new Uniroyal Tiger Paw white walls) and battery (has new Delco battery). Everything works including all power windows, door locks, seats, trunk pull down motor, A/C blows strong and well and is ice cold even on an 85 degree Florida day.
This Fleetwood d'elegance is finished in a beautiful Cotillion White over Garnet Red Leather interior and still has its factory crisp red painted on pinstripes that are not worn or faded. This Caddy comes with all the original literature from when it was purchased new including the factory window sticker (MSRP of $28,993.00 in 1987), owners manuals, sales brochures, floor mats, trunk mat, gold keys, etc.
This car is fully loaded with almost every option that was available for the 1987 model year except for the astroof. Optional equipment includes the auto day/night dimming mirror with automatic high beam dimmer, digital dash, trumpet horn, dual power front seats with power recliners, illuminated entry system, trunk lid pull down motor, symphony sound system with cassette and equalizer, cruise control, illuminated driver and passenger vanity mirrors, cruise control.
This particular Fleetwood d'elegance was a special internal GM build order by Cadillac Motor Car Division for the 1987 World of Golf Championship Series. The car was 1 of 5 cars built for display use at this series and the car stayed in General Motors ownership for the first two years. Have all paperwork to prove, if you look at the window sticker and order sheet it mentions internal build 1 of 5 and that the car was ordered for Cadillac themselves. The customer delivery paperwork and owner's books also show Cadillac Motor Car Division as the first registered owner.
This car needs nothing, it has been used sparingly and has been driven less then 4,300 miles per year. I usually take it to monthly car show meets and that is about it. I am willing to say that you will probably not find another another one that is as fully loaded as this one is in such a sharp color combination or in better condition. Whatever this car needs it gets regardless of cost and only GM parts are used, hence even the Delco replacement battery.
This Caddy would make someone a fantastic cheap collector car to have fun with. It was recently appraised for $11,000.00 and is insured for less then $180.00 per year with classic insurance coverage due to its antique/classic car status as this car is now 32 years old! I have over 16 cars in my collection, many of them are Cadillac's. I would love to see this car go to a good home to be preserved as the true 1980's survivor that it is.
