1994 Cadillac Seville STS Touring Sedan 4D in GREAT CONDITION!
Drive a legendary car with a V8! Previously, it was maintained according to schedule and very well cared for. The car has always been parked in a garage. Both exterior and interior are in GREAT condition. That's not an exaggeration. All of the leather is very clean including the steering wheel and the shifter. The car has never been exposed to cigarette smoke. The simulated carriage sail cloth/fabric top was originally installed by the Cadillac dealer which includes the gold plated Cadillac emblems on each side. The top color is dark brown which offers a nice contrast to the Frost Beige original factory finish. Original finish has been kept in great condition. There's no rust at all on the body. This car has never been in a collision. It's currently registered in my name.

INSPECTION:I'm willing to take the car for an inspection appointment performed by a mechanic located within a reasonable distance from my location. We can also visit my mechanic - Pinky's Automotive on Melrose Ave. You must be present to authorize and pay for the pre-purchase inspection. Mechanic will be permitted to put the car up on a lift and test drive the vehicle for the purpose of inspection.
MINOR ISSUE:A canoe was stored in the garage above the car which fell and dented the hood. The hood was replaced with a new OEM part and finished to match body. Under-hood emission sticker is missing but this explanation is accepted by the DMV. Also the front passenger side fog light was broken by a raccoon on the road. Replaced with new OEM part. No further issues.
SMOG:It passed smog last spring. I'll acquire another smog certificate for the buyer to use for registration.
NO BROKERS:This is a private party sale.
PAYMENT:Cash is the preferred method of payment to be paid within my bank (US Bank - Larchmont Branch). A cashiers check will also be considered but will be inspected by the bank teller to verify authenticity. No personal checks accepted unless it's from a US Bank account. PayPal digital payment could be a possibility. I have the clean title document ready to be signed over after payment.
PRICING/VALUATIONThe recent transmission rebuild was extremely expensive as compared to typical car maintenance. The parts and labor cost many thousands of dollars. It took many hours of labor to remove the engine and transmission from the car (the only possible way for this car). I also had the upper transfer case gasket replaced in the process. So, the car does not leak any oil. This was the top of the line Cadillac model of 1994. It has 300 HP and the sound produced by the V8 Northstar engine is distinct. This was the model that became the very first Cadillac exports to the global market. It's a legend!
