1990 Cadillac Brougham

Car being sold as is. The alternator and the battery have been replaced, but the vehicle will not stay charged to drive. I think this is due to the windshield wiper motor not working properly, but not sure, so it will need to be towed or flat bedded to it's destination. The antennae is up, but will not go down and though I still have the original radio...it doesn't work. Clear title in hand. Please message me if you have any questions.
