The car has a built-in CB radio. Tires are good. Convertible top operates. Eldorados are front wheel drive vehicles. The engine is a fuel injected V8 4100.
Right rear window does not power up and down and the vehicle needs the rear filler below the license plate as most Cadillacs do of this age. Also, the transmission needs to be placed in "3" rather than "D" and then it works and shifts as normal. Might be a servo?
