Greetings to All!! Greetings to All!! imotors is quite pleased to offer this rare opportunity to own a totally original, ND Driveable/Dependable 1964 Cadillac Fleetwood Sixty Special Sedan!! If you can get past the paint, hich isn't so awful< you will just LOVE this car!!!
The 64's are quite significant being the last Cadillac to have fins!!!! Also, irst year for 429 engine, nd the TH400 Transmission!!!
This particular example has spent most of it's life in Minnesota. It was purchased at an estate/Liquidation sale, nd ended up in my backyard. I purchased it from a fellow who just did not have the means to care for it properly, r bring it to the level that you see here. It is mechanically fantastic with me doing a full brake service(Hoses, ylinders etc.),and an oil and filter change. I also had the four "L78x15" bias plies removed, nd had 4 new Radials fitted. Someone else recently did the exhaust. There is a copy of a service bill below, rom 2001, ith 24,997 miles. It now has 25,211...and I put 57 of those on myself! So....It hasn't been on the road in almost 15 Years! This Fleetwood now runs and drives like a dream!!!! It has been ultra dependable, nd has not even had as much as the slightest hiccup!!!!
What is totally amazing to me is HOW NICE this Cadillac really is, eing as it came from Minnesota. I cannot find any hint of rust anywhere!!! The chrome is bright and shiny with zero signs of pitting or damage. There is a very small ding down low on the passengers side of the rear bumper....That is It!!!! All stainless is nice and straight with nice shine to it. All gaps and shut lines are nice and straight!! With a nice paint job, his one will be a show stopper!!!
This is a totally original, ever been apart 1964 Cadillac. The left rear quarter panel has had paint....That is all! I didn't even have it detailed. I washed it and took pictures. The interior is in perfect condition, nd should clean up to look like a new 50 year old Cadillac!!!
All power equipment works well, XCEPT.......Passenger front vent window, nd left rear door windows are not working. Radio squeals. Clock(of course), /C blows, ut not cold. Vacuum locks lock, ut don't unlock(loose hose?). Everything else works fine, nd this Cadillac hits the road 100%. As I mentioned above, et past the paint, nd you have a REALLY nice original 50 year old Cadillac here!

Our Somerset Blue Fleetwood is nice and straight!
This is the only panel on the whole car that has been painted. It is the worst part of the car!
Note the condition of the chrome.....It it utterly amazingly NICE!!
The bumper ends all around have no rot, r pits showing. That is amazing for an original 50 year old car!

As I'm sure you all know, t is very typical to have some rust under the vinyl top. The roof will develop little bumps underneath the material. This one is not near as bad as some I have seen!
All emblems are present and accounted for!.
There is no mistake!! This is definitely the top of the line Cadillac!!!!

Our 1964 Fleetwood still proudly wears its factory floor mats!! Front carpet is threadbare in spots, ut no holes.
The sumptuous interior is in fantastic condition and is certainly commensurate with the low mileage and excellent care our Gorgeous 64 Fleetwood has seen throughout its 50 year life.
Beautiful 60's style dash with plenty of chrome. Still original, nd in perfect condition!

There are no weather cracks in the dash pad, and the burl wood glistens brightly!
Low Mileage for a 50 year old car....Driven only 2500 miles a year!
I would guess that even in 1964 Factory installed air conditioning was still a rarely installed option, ven on Cadillacs. Ours has "Comfort Control" climate controlled Heat and A/C!
