1991 Cadillac Fleetwood Sixty Special

Up for sale today is my 1991 Cadillac Fleetwood Sixty Special. She is a very good car and is in great condition for her age. Unfortunately I don't have covered storage for her anymore, and she is too nice to leave out in the Florida sun, thus the reason for her sale.
She is powered by GM's bulletproof 4.9 liter V8 engine. Despite her size and wight, she can MOVE when needed. Plus she has the soft and comfortable ride a Cadillac of this generation is known for.

As mentioned, she is in great shape for a 27 year old car, but she is not perfect. There are some small chips and exterior imperfections, typical of her age, and a bit of wear and fading on a few interior surfaces.
Other thoughts/information:All of the primary functions for the power seats work (forward/back, front and rear tilt, memory settings) but some of the Sixty Special functions do not work (some lumbar settings do not work, heated seat only works on the passenger side). The power recline and power head rest do work on both sides.
She has 4 matching tires, with fairly good tread left. The wheels are in great condition, free of curb rash.
Trunk is clean, with only very minor discoloration in the carpet (I have not had it shampooed). Comes with the Cadillac trunk mat. Power pull-down function works.
The dash is free of cracks. The lenses on the instrument panel are clean and clear, not scratched or hazy. The climate control functions work, but sometimes the LED display takes a few seconds to illuminate (the functions work even when the LED is not illuminated).
The carpeting is in great shape, and there is an extra set of front mats in the trunk. You will get 6 mats - 2 driver front, 2 passenger front, 1 driver rear, and 1 passenger rear.

The seating surfaces are leather, and were specially designed for the Sixty Special. The driver's seat shows light wear, commensurate with the age of the car. The passenger seat shows a bit of wear; the rear seats are almost perfect. The seats are VERY comfortable.
The headliner is in great shape, free of sagging or discoloration. There is some sun fading on the fabric of the A pillar and a bit of wear on the B pillar on the driver's side.
The lighted vanity mirrors in the rear work.
The keyless entry fob is not working at the moment, although it was a few months ago. I never use it, and have not investigated why it is not working. Two sets of keys are included.
She will probably need a tune-up soon. She idles a but rough, in my opinion. She had an oil change and fluid check fairly recently at the Cadillac dealership.
The parking brake was not automatically disengaging, so I had it fixed at the Cadillac dealership. Since then she has developed a squeak coming from that general area, but it only happens in certain circumstances (cooler weather, when the car is going up hill, in my observation). It sounds like a squeaky plastic fitting, but I have not had it investigated. She is otherwise free of squeaks and rattles.
There is some paint loss on the top lip of the rocker panels on the driver's side.
There are a few small cracks on the armrest on the driver's door.
03/27/18 additional info: I forgot to mention something important, NO RUST! She is totally and completely rust free.
