Up for auction, 1989 Cadillac Flower Car built by S & S, the premier builder of Hearses and Flower Cars. I purchased this car in 2011 from Morgan Mortuaries in New Jersey. It has a long history of serving in funerals of some of the biggest and most notorious mafia and gangsters on the east coast, including the Godfather funeral in 2002. Has only 52,000 original miles and was meticulously cared for all of its life. I have used it only for car shows, prom, and special occasions. Always draws a big crowd and lots of questions. The car started life as a 4 Door Cadillac SeVille, it was sent to S & S, where it was transformed with a stainless steel bed, with a drain, the back doors are fulled upholstered and is used for the spare tire, and storage. The roof line was professionally restyled and covered with a vinyl roof, still in excellent condition. It is equipped with a 5.0 Liter Cadillac motor with 4 bbl carburetor, automatic transmission, electronic temperature control, am-fm-cassette tape, burgundy leather interior, beautiful condition. Cruise control, power mirrors and radio antennae, custom floor mats, wire hub caps and very good tires, tilt and telescoping steering wheel. Custom E & S grill and front bumper. I would grade the paint as 8 out of 10 with a few scratches and small dent on the passenger rocker panel, I did not repair it as it is evident in many pictures of the 2002 funeral. The car has no oil leaks and the only rust I can find is one small spot on rear lower bumper. All windows are perfect, no chips on windshield, weather strips are all in excellent condition, no cracks in dash or leather wrapped steering wheel. Is as clean and nice underneath as picture shows.
