Car located in Skokie, Il 60077, a suburb of Chicago, Il. I'm the 3rd owner. I bought from a collector in April 2017 from Arizona. He bought it from the family in Texas then shipped to Arizona. The original owner was a lady who took great care to preserve the condition of this beautiful triple white Coupe De Ville.
One owner till 2015, garaged all its life. Lady owned. Bought from son whose mother bought new from St. Cadillac in Santa Clara California where it lived until 2015. Runs and drives great like new, tight no rattles or squeaks. Original elderly lady owner repainted in 2000. Changed color from Colonial white to blue then back again to Colonial white. Unrestored rust free California original Coupe De Ville. Factory blue fabric seat protector covers still on front leather seats. April 2017 covered with sheepskin full front seat covers to protect the leather seats. Rear leather seats like new.July 4th 2016 factory carpet protectors removed. Door panels, dash pad, no cracks, headliner, carpet in great shape. Halo white top beautiful like new no rust bubbles. Rear bumper has top scratches on chrome, but all bright work and chrome very good condition. Trunk area like new condition, has drive in tray tables and original spare tire with extra 8 track music tapes included.Spare tire metal top and cloth cover included. Has car cover. Tires brand new Coker American Classic 1.5 white wall P235 75 R15. Extra rubber floor matts and blue fabric dash pad sun cover included.Under car rust free, original exhaust, rear shocks replaced. Rear drum, front disc brakes stop well with no squeaking or pulling. No leaks under car.All electric, lights interior + exterior work. Dash gauges, speedo, power windows, power seat, door locks all work. Ice cold R12 air conditioning works and heat cycles as it should. No cruise control on this car.Nice loud deep train sounding horn, key buzzer, trunk light works. Radio has aftermarket 8 track player connected, radio is weak reception. But will play 8 track to good volume level.Glass very good condition, dash pad no cracks as well as door panels no cracks.Drivers door jamb end has been redone with new decals applied. Saved original stickers . Has original owners manuals, showroom brochure, interior build sheet. Have signed document from the son stating his mother bought new from dealer in 1970 and mileage is actual.Replaced door weather strip gaskets, new battery in May 2017. AC Delco plugs replaced in Jan 2017. Replaced cap and rotor, AC Delco spark plug wires installed August 2017. Still running original points. Changed wiper blades with AC Delco classic chrome finish. Kept originals in trunk. Oil change 10w 30 with AC Delco PF24 oil filter in May 2017. Still has original upper and lower radiator hoses and heater hoses. Hood hinges still fresh with factory steel coating. Very clean under hood area.
Really unbelievable condition, inspections welcome, come test drive, no disappointments!!Drive any where, always starts right up, drives like a new car... Beautiful color combination, a real head turner!Please ask for a test drive or arrange for an appraisal company to inspect condition.
