The owner of this car has been an acquaintance of ours for some time and we had only heard stories about just how nice this care was. He showed up with it last week and we were beyond impressed with not only the condition of the car but the provenance that comes along with it. A true one owner car with under 20K original miles, n all original form and condition.

As you can see this car was spared no expense when ordered from Cullerton Cadillac in Brookfield, L. It was delivered on 6-15-77 and registered to the original owners, ather and son. From that day on this car has been the pride of the family until the son just recently decided it was time to let it go. We have all pertinent paperwork: the original window stickers, he original warranty pamphlet, ll recall notices, mission record, ervice records, nd everything in between. This car was preserved both physically and in terms or records. It was well cared for and properly maintained. You will not find a nicer example of a 1977 Fleetwood Brougham.

The body is as straight as they could have built it. The panel gaps are all consistent and true. We took our Elcometer Digital Paint Gauge to each and every metal panel on the car and were pleased to see that the car has NO BODY OR PAINT WORK ANYWHERE. We measure consistent factory thickness everywhere, ncluding all lower sections of panels. The trim and chrome are pit-free and flawless. The emblems are perfect and the accent stripe looks outstanding. The plastic filler pieces are even in tact and in nice shape. The vinyl top shows perfectly free from wear and tears. We also want to note that there aren't any rust bubbles under the vinyl which is common with these tops. The body has only very very minor blemishes throughout in the form of small dings (2-3 dents, ime sized at most). This is a #1 car all day long in our book and being a true survivor it is absolutely incredible.

Inward, e find the well optioned and appointed interior. Leather seats show like new and the car is free from any odors. Non-Smoker. All interior features are in good working order. The AC/Heat are in good working condition as are all power locks/windows/seats. The care for this car really shows through on the interior. The carpets are nice and clean and the headliner is tight and free from any tears or sagging.

This Caddy is a true pleasure to drive. It starts right up and idles nice and quietly. The original 425c.i. 4bbl does not smoke or shutter on acceleration and runs beautifully. The car drives straight and smooth and stops just the same.

This car is a real stunner and we are simply thrilled to be able to offer for sale!
