Body Style? Coupe (full size 2-door coupe, these are large cars. Has a factory soft padded top cover (we replaced it 20+ years ago to spec.) This is not a convertible, it is a hard-top with a soft-cover over it (like from the factory).No tares and it looks fabulous.
Condition: somewhere between good & excellent (she's not a concourse Barrett-Jackson showcar). Recent collector car insurance appraisal @ $7,500+ (undocumented).

Just the Facts:
Garaged and babied herentire life.
Vintage, 1977 Cadillac Eldorado. Runs great as it did new. Needs new CV joints front end. Minor fixes here and there (antennaand interior passenger vanity light on dash). Front door does not lock. Minor things like that are easily fixed.
Lovely brown biscuit leather matches the interior to a "T".

Original Numbers Matching Engine and Transmission! Yes, you heard that right. Nothing was parted-out or swapped with another car. We have a brand new front matching color floor mat that isstill in the GM box. It's yours as well.
Replaced some parts as necessary to achieve this quaility build.
Engine: 426 cubic inch V-8 gas. Carbureted fuel delivery.
Transmission: 4-speed glide (original). Passed Colorado emissions standards.
Mileage: 49,244 + original miles. Odometer has not been rolled-back.
Garaged and babied her entire life. Chrome (bright work),light lenses, headliner and carpeting, glassand badging are allexcellent.She smells factory fresh (no deodorants or spray was used).
New Front floor mat (fresh and still in GM box). Some spare parts ready in a box.
Nice, leather smelling (no rancid mothball, mold or other odors at all). Very exceptional indeed.
Interior is like new (one dime-sizedstain on upper driver's leather seat).
Hood opens and closes as it should. Trunk is a power lock and that works well too. Trunk floor needs a new dark graycarpet cover to beautify that area. No tool box is included.

Hood ornament: Original, in mint condition, spring mechanismworks great. Stainless steel trim: excellent and straight. Sub-model? No. This is a Cadillac Eldorado 2-door coupe(body by Fisher). Cruise control? Yes.Anti-lock brakes? No. Air bags? None.Cassette? No, it has the optional CB (citizens band radio, with AM/FM radio combo head unit, withfactorycoiled PTT (push to talk) black mike (all factory options). Door Gaskets are inexcellent quality (may slightly leak). Tilt and telescopingsteering wheel.Wooden faux trim on steering wheel is cracked (but replaceable). Driver's side door mirror has factorytemperature dial.Passenger vanity mirror under visor with dual lights (none for thedriver). Wheels: Stock with beautiful, 4x matching brownhub caps (vented and stylish stock itemswith Cadillac trademark trim); very nice. Power windows and power locks both sides. Left/Rightfenders have hi/lowheadlight indicators for the driver to see (very cool stock item).

Drive Quality?
Starts easily (has a choke). Engine runs smooth. Corners as she should. Floats down the highway like a boat.New shocks 5+ years ago.
EverWrecked or Salvaged? No, she was neverwrecked.This is a hidden gem in the Cadillac world. Best value & quality to be found on eBay. Great slightly used condition. Low miles (under 50k), this car has livedin a climate controlledgarage her entire life. She rides like she should. Rises to the standard of"a classic collector's dream machine". Original interior throughout. Newer rear stereo speakers on rear window dash. Rich brown exterior paint. InteriorCarmel taffy brownleather seats (front & rear seats match). Everything matches, ie. dash, door panels, beautiful perforated headliner, door handles, seats, brushed cigarette doorcontainers,carpet rich hardware fixtures, carpet mats (new unused front carpet mat is included). Valued in the ball-park of $7,500+. Yours for $5,000. And the only thing missing? A foreverhome...
Dents or any Paint Peeling?
Exterior body contains a few minor dings, imperfections, slight scratches, some tiny dents. Exteriordriver's door has peelingpaintpeeling (only on the driver's door). I recommend repainting the door to match, not a problem.Tinyding on front of hood by Eldorado badge, and on the roof. Rear bumperhas gray rubber sub-bumpers thatI would replace. Side-top vinyl chrome trim is weeping in minor places. Interior dash light switch needs to bereplaced. Power Antenna shouldbe replaced too. Remember, finding new, OEM parts to fix-up your Eldorado are fairly easy tocome by. Order partsfrom several good Cadillac aftermarketparts suppliers out there. So don't worry, trim parts for this car are not a problem to find.
Known Mechanical Defects?
CV joints need replacing. AC isn't currently working, but that is an easy fix. New spare tire and new front floor mat (in the GM box) is included. Engine: 426 cubic inch V-8. Runs strong, smooth and can be driven home across the country. Unleaded fuel. For the serious Cadillac collector. Outstanding Features: Interior Features by Fleetwood: Power Drivers & Passenger seats Power Drivers & Passenger seats Power Door Locks Tilt Steering Column CB Radio with AM/FM Stereo Adjustable Steering Wheel Power Antenna Climate Control Analog Clock Cruise Control Inside Hood Release Leather Upholstery Colorado Emissions Compliant throughout. All Interior/Exterior badging is original throughout. We replaced the antenna with a "close-second". This electric antenna does not have the plug for the CB Radio, thus the CB does not turn on. Change that antenna, and the CB will work again. CB's are fun, and were the rave in the middle to late 1970's. Many of these Caddy's came with Cassette players, but this was special orderedwith a CB (citizens band radio) for the "breaker-breaker one nine" crowd; a rare combination (sign of the times).
